Publication Ethics

The journal adopts the standards of the Committee on Scientific Publication Ethics (COPE).

Researcher's responsibility:

  • Commitment to the principles and standards of research and publishing ethics.
  • Commitment to the rules of citation, documentation and publishing ethics.
  • Not submitting previously published work in other journals. Except in the case of substantial modifications within the research or in the title, and he must also not submit the scientific material to be published in more than one journal at the same time, as this is considered contrary to the ethics of scientific research.
  • Publishing the research in other journals is only after receiving the official rejection of the journal or if the journal officially approves the request to withdraw the research submitted to it.
  • Provide a list of references that were referred to in the research.
  • To mention the names of the researchers who contributed to the research correctly and to arrange the names of the researchers according to what came in the research, provided that the names are mentioned in sequence according to the scientific contribution of each of them in the research.
  • If the researcher discovers a serious error in his published research, he must inform the editorial board of the journal to delete or correct the error.
  • In the event that the researcher does not agree to take the proposed amendments; He must provide a logical justification for that, and here the journal reserves the right to send the research to another arbitrator to take a decisive decision to accept or reject publication.
  • The researcher's commitment to the followed research elements, which are:

Research summary - followed by keywords, Research introduction, Research importance, The research objectives are followed by the rest of the discussion elements on which the research is based, Recommendations, if any, references, and the English summary of the Arabic research,

The responsibility of the reviewer:

The scientific research revision process is a major stage of scientific publishing, and therefore they must adhere to the international publishing ethics and principles. He must adhere to the following:

  • Commitment to impartiality, integrity and clarity, as this is of benefit to scientific research, and the investigation of objectivity and results in judgments.
  • Informing the editor-in-chief if the arbitrator is not ready to review the research submitted to him in order to withdraw from the revision process.
  • The reviewer does not accept the revision of research papers in which there is a conflict of interest as a result of competitive or other relationships with the author.
  • Ensure that the research is free of plagiarism, and when this is present, the referee must inform the editor-in-chief.
  • Commitment to confidentiality standards related to the revision process.
  • Commitment to the time allotted for the revision process.

Responsibility of the editor-in-chief:

  • The editor-in-chief of the journal is responsible for selecting the appropriate arbitrators in complete confidentiality, according to the subject of the research and the specialization of each reviewer
  • The decision to publish or not to publish is based on the reports of the reviewers.
  • Follows up on the researcher's commitment to making the required amendments by the reviewers, and the extent of the researcher's commitment to the required citation percentage, which should not exceed 20%, and to include all references on which he relied in his research.

Copyrights:

Copyright is transferred to the journal when the researcher is notified of the acceptance of his submitted research for publication in the journal.
